Return and Exchange Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product shows any signs of use or damage, including scratches, oil residue, or stains.
The product includes customized elements (e.g., custom chain lengths or personalized beaded bracelets).
The product was purchased on sale or with a discount code.
The item falls under hygiene-sensitive categories, such as earrings or apparel, which cannot be returned, whether worn or unworn.
Additional Terms
Replacement Item of Higher Value: If you choose a replacement item of higher value than your original purchase, you will be required to pay the price difference.
Replacement Item Availability: If the original item is no longer available, we will offer the closest alternative in stock.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for items of lower value than the original purchase are unavailable. However, you may add other items to your order to more closely match the replacement amount.
Shipping Fees for Returns
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns, including any pick-up or drop-off charges. If you received an incorrect or defective product, Sparkling Seas PH will cover the return shipping costs.
For International Orders, import duties, taxes, and all shipping fees (including pick-up or drop-off charges) will apply and should be paid directly to the courier, unless the product is incorrect or defective.
