"They sparkled before my eyes and I knew I had to have them, they would look perfect on my ears!" These thoughts were going on and on in my head for about 2 hours walking along Tsim Sha Tsui that afternoon. I wanted to be dressed in diamonds but my wallet was nowhere near wanting to be naked and stripped off its limits, so I walked away.
This, was my jewelry story. We were raised knowing that diamonds are expensive, they're a reward, a symbol of love even! Our moms used to say "Get a man who'll spoil you with diamonds." To hell with that!
Here we are, practical, empowered, and driven; who says we can't own these beautiful pieces for a sweet sweet price?
