30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Sparkling Seas PH, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or need a different size, we offer exchanges within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Please make sure the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

How to Return an Order

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at mail@sparklingseas.ph with the following details:

 

  • Email Subject: [Order Number] and Full Name

  • Reason for Return or Exchange

  • Photos or Videos of the Item

 

We will reply to your email after review of the details and photos or videos. Please wait for our response so we can properly assist you with out procedure.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a gift card for the amount equivalent to your original purchase. This gift card can be used on our website for a new order of your choice.

Terms and Conditions

  • Our return and exchange policy applies only to purchases made through our official sales channels.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product:

    • Shows signs of use or damage, such as scratches, oil residue, or stains.

    • Includes customized elements, such as custom chain lengths or beaded bracelets.

    • Was purchased on sale or with a discount code.

    • Concerns hygiene items like earrings or apparel, which cannot be returned whether worn or unworn.

Reminders

  • If you select a replacement item of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference. If the original item is no longer available, we will offer the closest alternative in stock.

  • Partial refunds for items of lower value than the original purchase amount are not available. You may add other items from the store to match the replacement amount more closely.

  • Shipping fees for returns, including pick-up or drop-off charges, are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective product, Sparkling Seas PH will cover these costs.

International Orders

  • For international returns, import duties, taxes, and shipping fees, including pick-up and drop-off charges, will apply and should be paid directly to the courier unless the product is incorrect or defective.
